1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WAT-PI Prep. By accessing or using our website at watpiprep.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WAT-PI Prep ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

WAT-PI Prep provides:

• Access to 1,000+ interview questions from real IIM WAT-PI experiences
• 200+ interview transcripts from various IIMs
• Application tracking tools for IIM admissions
• AI-powered question extraction and categorization
• Premium features for paid subscribers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or pursuing higher education to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes:

• Track up to 3 IIM applications
• Access to 50 sample questions
• Preview of 5 interview transcripts

4.2 Premium Subscription

The premium subscription costs ₹299 (one-time payment) and includes:

• Track all 21 IIMs and top B-schools
• Access to all 1,000+ interview questions
• Access to all 200+ interview transcripts
• Advanced filtering and categorization
• Valid until April 2026

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4.4 No Automatic Renewal

The premium subscription is a one-time payment valid until April 2026. There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your premium account with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Service, including questions, transcripts, design, code, and logos, is owned by WAT-PI Prep or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Source Attribution

Interview transcripts and questions are sourced from publicly available platforms (Reddit, InsideIIM, PagalGuy). We provide proper attribution and source links where applicable.

7.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial preparation purposes only.

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content:

• Interview questions and experiences are user-generated and may contain inaccuracies
• AI extraction may occasionally misinterpret or miscategorize questions
• Content is for informational and preparation purposes only
• We do not guarantee specific interview outcomes or admissions

Use the content as a study aid, not as guaranteed interview questions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAT-PI PREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any content errors or inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (maximum ₹299).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAT-PI Prep from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Account Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@watpiprep.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay applicable fees

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
