Panel: M1, M2 M1: Started with a remark on how I am looking different in the photo than actual. Asked why did I cut my hair short? A: Answered. M1: You have also gained quite a lot of weight. Your organization is paying you good or what? (Goes to check my monthly remuneration) Comments how much he used to get in his time and why I still want to do an MBA even after earning decently? (He even went on to tell that IIMK won't be able to provide me a better paying job) A: Justified with my Why MBA answer. Talked about different domains I want to learn. M1: What all different domains you know about of MBA curriculum? A: Answered. M1: You missed one. You're working in IT, right? A: Yes sir. And then remembered and told about Information Systems domain. M1: Have you checked IIMK website? Have you seen there're subjects on Humanities, Sociology and Liberal Arts. Do you think we need them? A: Justified with how climbing up in corporate ladder you need to become a generalist having all-round idea of all the functions and roles. M1: But still why humanities? A: Indian average income coz of the presence of outliers, mean might be skewed. M2: What if I remove the extreme values? A: Then more of less median and mean would behave the same. A: Don't know sir, but can calculate. M1: Calculate and tell. A: Around 1.5k USD. M1: What is GDP of India, China, America you took? A: Answered.
